The award-winning Gold Country Realty has multiple offices across Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville. Founded in 1974, they are the regional offices for Century 21, an international real estate company that has more than 8,000 offices and 147,000 agents worldwide.

Specializing in residential properties, recreational properties and new homes, among others, Gold Country has more than 90 local agents at-the-ready and eager to help buyers and sellers throughout the High Desert, no matter their needs.

Previously, Gold Country was dealing with an old and tired website design, and it was up to Alpine to take their web presence into the 21st century. Casey
Crisler (an uber-talented designer and an Alpine Certified Partner) set to work and created a new design for Gold Country that was clean and attractive, and Alpine took care of all the juicy inner-workings and other technical stuff.

What makes the new Gold Country Realty website unique is that it places a strong emphasis on the agents that they have spread across the region. While many real estate sites are cold and impersonal, Gold Country Realty features their individual agents up-front, complete with photos, biographies and contact information.

This gives their website a welcoming local and personal flavor, and helps Gold Country distinguish themselves from the competition.

Taking the stress out of
website updates.

In order to drive the agents section, Alpine cooked up a slick Agents Directory that lets Gold Country add and update their individual agents with ease. The Agents Directory Package integrates seamlessly with Center Stage, Alpine's content management software, and the consistency makes maintaining the Gold Country website a breeze.

What's more, Alpine integrated an MLS search tool with their site, which lets their web visitors browse real estate listings in Central Oregon without leaving the familiar locale of the Gold Country website.
